About Me

Born & raised on the east coast of North Carolina and rooted in South Florida, I have always been inspired by life on the coast. I come from a family of artists - from tattoo artists, seamstresses, painters, chefs, authors, crocheters, painters & more - the women in my life inspire me the most. I graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Fine Arts and a concentration in Metalsmithing and Jewelry Design and was lucky enough to learn from some amazing instructors and met the most talented community of artists and friends. 

 

The Squid Shop was named after my childhood dog who we loved + miss so much
